Return Policy

We encourage you to use your ThinLine product before deciding to return it. It may still be returned slightly used.

We are riders making products for riders and understand how important the time we have with our horses is. We want every ride to be the best ride.  If you feel ThinLine is not delivering what you need, all products may be returned for a full refund within 30 days. Around the world, this product has helped both riders and horses work happier together. We hope our 30-day satisfaction guarantee will help you have the confidence to try our amazing products!

All ThinLine products come with a 30 day no hassle product refund.
The customer is responsible for return shipping fees.

Ordering directly from ThinLine Global means your warranty and order information is stored and easily accessible both to you and to us. We recommend you purchase online if possible.

All saddle pads, except Closeouts, come with a one-year warranty when cared for properly. See our Care Instructions for more details.

All tack, except Closeouts, come with a 6 months warranty when cared for properly.

Notes:

~You must call 919-680-6803 or email info@thinlineglobal.com  for a RMA#. This should be included on the paperwork of your return.

~Items that have been modified in any way cannot be returned for a refund.

~A copy of your receipt must be included in your return box.

~Do not return wet or damp products.

~Failure to follow these guidelines could result in a restocking fee.
