Western cinch

If you have a girthy or cold backed horse, you will be amazed by how this cinch instantly improves comfort. If you are having a saddle slip issue, this cinch will assist in keeping your saddle stable. The ThinLine is so grippy, you can ride without the need for over cinching, giving your horse the comfort he needs to breathe and relax! Made with leather reinforcement tabs behind the buckles and nylon reinforcements connecting the buckles. No elastic to overstretch or give out! The anti-fungal qualities of the ThinLine foam keeps your horse’s skin healthy and allows for the use on multiple horses without spreading fungus, like rain rot.

Care Instructions: We recommend the use of ThinLine Cleaners for cinches. Our girths are easy to care for, requiring just a simple wipe or hosing. ThinLine is known for its longevity. Feel free to use simple soaps like dish soap or baby wipes, but please do not use leather care products. They contain oil and this will damage the ThinLine. Although ThinLine looks and feels like leather, it is a very special, nonslip, pressure distributing foam.

Questions and answers of the customers

  1. A Thanks for your question! With your saddle on your horse, use a tape measure to determine the length from one rigging ring to the other and then subtract 16” to account for the space that the latigos will drop down.
